What is Design Thinking
and What's It Good For?
Over the past decade or so, the business community has increased its focus on innovation. How do we make our product or service better or faster? There are many methods and frameworks business leaders can use to address this never-ending challenge, one of which is Design Thinking.
Design Thinking is a mindset and toolset that is a great tool for a great many things, but not all things. After this ACAC session you'll have a better understanding of what Design Thinking is so you can evaluate how you might use it in your own consulting practice.
You will be challenged to consider:
- How Human-Centered Design is best leveraged
- When Human-Centered Design is misapplied
- How to best experience it for optimal results
