Scenario Planning
Asking “What If” For 2021
Do you wonder if there may have been a way you could have been better prepared for COVID’s wrath? Is it even possible to anticipate what is impossible to predict? While we cannot predict the future, we can always prepare for it. Join us for our virtual ACAC meeting with fellow member and Certified Executive Coach, James Pagano, who will be facilitating our session.
James will be highlighting Scenario Planning for 2021, and will encourage us to add this additional layer of preparedness to our 2021 goal-setting and planning. He will be including discussion on the pandemic recovery timeline and economic outlook, and how these may impact you and your business. This will be an interactive, thought-provoking presentation and facilitated discussion.

Bio: James Pagano’s professional experience includes business ownership and corporate leadership positions spanning more than 30 years. He holds various certifications in professional development and coaching and has owned his executive coaching practice for eight years. When
comparing his corporate positions to his experience in small business, he noticed many small business owners typically don't have access to coaching resources or they don't know that these resources exist. There’s a gap in access to professional development, and it puts the small business owner at a tremendous disadvantage. He helps bridge that gap. James focuses his work on micro business owners and company leaders with 0 to 25 employees where they work together utilizing James’ FASTER
framework for success acceleration.
