MODERATOR: Larry Fuschino has over 35 years of experience in all aspects of corporate financial management in such roles as commercial loan underwriter, commercial banker, corporate treasury operations manager, corporate controller, economic planning analyst, director of pricing and
product manager. He has worked for companies ranging in size from a small start-up to one of the largest banks in the world. Larry received his undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech and an MBA from the University of Maryland. He served four years of active duty in the US Army as an officer.

offering his clients fractional general counsel services. Prior to joining Hull & Chandler, Rocky served as the Executive Director of the Salisbury-Rowan Community Action Agency, a multi-million dollar 501(c)(3) public charity providing services throughout six counties in North Carolina. He holds a law degree with Honors from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, a Master in Mass Communication from the University of Florida College of Journalism, and a
Bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

has held senior leadership and equity positions in three start-up consulting companies and top tier financial services companies. Previous positions include President and Founder of Armus Partners, LLC., Director and Co-Founder of Core Technology Partners. And the Founder of Firebird Business Solutions, a boutique consultancy providing Coaching, Consulting and Fractional Executive Services.

PANELIST: Kathleen Zicari has worked diligently for more than 25 years in the human capital management space. She has partnered and led teams for both national publicly-held companies as well as local privately held organizations including numerous start- up businesses. Her #1 goal is
to assist businesses in tackling their unique challenges to improve employee results, company culture and ultimately profitability. Kathleen received her bachelor’s degree in business administration/human resources from LeMoyne College and is enrolled in the MBA program at UNC Chapel Hill. She has participated in numerous certifications and trainings through SHRM, AMA, Sandler, Toastmasters and Jack Welch to name a few.
