ACAC Director Sherre' DeMao will kick off this Virtual Meeting with our usual round of 30-second introductions, and then we will enjoy a virtual facilitated session as we gear up for getting back to our new normal.
NOTE: Arrive into Virtual Meeting by 5 minutes before meeting time to confirm you are in the Virtual Room by noon.

Stephen Melton's firm has been conducting Lunch&Learns, jointly sponsoring events and programs, and building a strong resource network for added value to its clients for years. In this facilitated session, he will share his tips for effectively leveraging in your own company for highest return on invest of time, resources, and reputation.

BIO: Stephen Melton, CIC, CLU is a Risk Advisor with R3 Risk Management, a division of Central Carolina Insurance for the past five years Stephen has realized issues that can adversely impact cost could range from a firm’s reputation damage after a data security breach to having proactive, versus reactive, human resource and fleet safety programs. He graduated from Business School with a BSBA as a Marketing Major and was a Philp Morris Lyon’s Scholar. His career after
college led him to Charlotte, NC, to work for Travelers Insurance Employee Benefits Department and later with Paul Revere’s Disability Division, Lincoln National’s Employee Benefit Division, US Healthcare HMO programs and BCBSNC large accounts Alternate Funding Division. After many years on the health side, Stephen decided to change insurance paths by diving into commercial property, casualty and workers compensation with Universal Underwriters, a division of Zurich. Based in Lake Norman area,
he was a sales leader for 12 year in their Auto Specialties Division, before joining Central Carolinas Insurance.
