ABOUT PARKING: There is limited parking on the street and no valet offered during lunch hours, so please plan to park in the garage where there is ample parking space and allow ample time to park and walk to Dressler's.
ABOUT LUNCH: There is no fee to attend the meeting, however, you are expected to purchase lunch. Dressler's is providing this room to ACAC at no charge under the condition that all parties in attendance purchase lunch. Expect to pay around $20 for your meal including gratuity unless you deviate from the fixed menu or add a special drink.
After insightful introductions starting promptly at 12:20 p.m., if there is enough time, we will spend a few minutes sharing updates and reinforcing latest developments with ACAC.

Whether it's to gain more time to invest in your business, or create improved processes for client satisfaction, putting systems into place will lead to higher profits. Tom Gottcent, an operations expert for nonprofits and small business will share examples, some red flags, and how to more efficiently and effectively address issues.
He will get us talking and sharing our best practices while giving some insights to some of his own.

BIO: Thomas Gottcent is the Owner/Operator of Firebird Business Solutions, a boutique consultancy offering operations support to non-profits
and small businesses, as well as coaching and fractional executive services. Tom has held senior leadership and equity positions in two start-up consulting companies and has managed practices in business process design, financial analysis, contract administration, negotiation strategies, cost containment, supply chain management, mergers, market data and trading floor management. Prior to his entrepreneurial ventures, Tom held positions with a variety of financial services
firms.

Keep in mind the following regarding lunch at Dressler's Metro.
- Lunch price with tax and gratuity is expected to be all inclusive at around $20 total.
- You will be ordering from a limited menu provided to the group for efficiency in serving the group. If you order outside of complimentary drinks or the menu provided, your cost will be higher.
- Dressler's Metro is located in the Midtown area of Charlotte just off of Brookshire/I-277.
- PARKING: Parking on the street will be limited and there is no valet offered during lunchtime hours, so plan to park in the garage where there is ample parking and allow time to park and walk to Dressler's to arrive for the meeting.
We are having consistent issues with no-shows and last minute cancellations. Please be considerate in keeping with the ACAC values and the efforts of the staff in set-up and planning. Time is spent preparing for those who attend the meetings including names tags and restaurant set-up, therefore if you do not cancel by noon on
the Wednesday before the meeting, or are a no-show, an accountability fee will be charged.
We are excited by this new location as it is more centrally accommodating to where everyone is coming from along with great food and service.
