Growing Opportunities for Your Business!

Karen will facilitate a discussion around how to be an "adaptive consultant" - becoming indispensable during a time of great disruption. The framework for the discussion comes from the "LEAP!" best practices shared by Dennis Stearns, CFP at the September Regional Meeting of IMC Carolinas. The goal of the facilitated discussion is to get us thinking about how we can and should adapt our consulting practices to improve our business success in a disruptive world.

BIO: Karen Bentley is president of Bentley Consulting Group, bringing over 30 years of experience in healthcare, medical sales, and community leadership and parlays that experience into real-life results for her clients. Karen’s passion is to develop strong leaders armed with the tools to succeed professionally and personally. Karen holds a Masters of Healthcare Administration degree from UNC Chapel Hill where she received the Deneise May-Chaney Fellowship for Outstanding Student. She has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Montana and is a Certified Executive Coach. She is passionate about her community which is evidenced by her four-term service on the Mecklenburg County Board of County Commissioners and several non-profit Boards of Directors. Leaders and business owners hire Karen, a Certified Executive Coach, to help them engage and mobilize their teams, navigate change, expand their influence, and ultimately grow their business.

Lunch price including beverage is $17, plus tax and gratuity. This should keep everyone at $20.
We will have 4-5 selections including Panini of the Day, two pasta options, salad with protein, and frittata.
Toscana is located in the Shoppes at Southpark in the courtyard behind Williams Sonoma. There is ample parking in front of the center and beside Williams Sonoma.
