- What topics would be most valuable for the facilitated discussion portions of meetings to help YOU build your business the most effectively?

- What frequency of communication keeps you engaged? Did you appreciate the Thank You's, What You Missed, and Shout Out & Alerts that were previously done?
- If we conducted at least quarterly meetings in person, what places do you know of that would be worth considering? In SouthEnd or Midtown due to where everyone is coming from?

BIO: Sherre DeMao has been leading ACAC since 2018. She is CEO and BizGrowth Maestro of BizGrowth Inc, an award-winning strategy firm specializing in next-level, next-idea solutions for entrepreneurs and thought
leaders to build preferential value, exponential worth, and prosperity for all. She has been featured in Huffington Post’s Thrive Global as a Woman of the C-Suite, and was inducted into the Evolutionary Business Council, a global consortium of thought leaders in 2019. Her most recent book, Dream Wide Awake: Shifting from Daydreaming to Dream Doing was released internationally on Valentine’s Day of 2020 and was selected for the National Association of Women in Construction’s Leadership Book
Club. Her books, The Profitability Quotient, and The Prosperity Imperative are expected to be released in 2023.

BIO: Stephen Melton joined as a part of the ACAC Leadership Support Team in late 2021. He graduated from the Business School with a BSBA with Marketing Major and was a Philp Morris Lyon’s Scholar. After graduation, he
emigrated to Charlotte NC to work for Travelers Insurance Employee Benefits Department, gaining invaluable experience with Paul Revere’s Disability Division, Lincoln National’s Employee Benefit Division, US Healthcare HMO programs and BCBSNC Large Accounts Alternate Funding Division. After many years on the health side, he decided to change insurance paths by diving into commercial property, casualty and workers compensation with Universal Underwriters, a division of Zurich. As a sales leader
for 12 year in their Auto Specialties Division he established a niche market specialty in garage policies. Currently with R3 Risk Management, a division of Central Carolina Insurance for the past five years. Stephen has evolved into a risk advisor and how to mitigate risk through the rights strategies and coverage.
