Dec 11 – Is what's outside dictating what's inside? Are you dealing with situations that are out of your control to correct or influence? Are you frustrated by what is occurring around you or what feels like is occurring
TO you? Instead of allowing everything that is happening outside of you to dictate how you are feeling on the inside, allow your own strength from deep within to surface and propel you forward.
Take an MM&I Moment to awaken your inner wisdom and strength. Calm your mind and allow yourself to embrace what is happening inside of you because of outside situations. What do you know for certain about yourself and what is important to you and for you? List these things.
What can you do for yourself to lessen the stress or burden you feel from current situations? List these things. What core values do you hold dear and simply will not compromise? List them. Now based on the lists you have created, what can you let go of that will free your mind and spirit for more satisfying, gratifying experiences? Release the burdens of others’ actions, inaction, or intentions. Be guided and empowered from within. You are wiser than you know and more powerful
than you think.
