Jan 20 - Are you practicing or preaching? Are you unsatisfied with aspects of your life, business, or work, and yet you continue to complain, doing nothing to change it? Are you your own worse client or customer when it comes to doing
what you know is best to do, and what you profess is important to do to others? Are you blaming unsatisfactory results on things that are out of your control, while not embracing things that are within your control? We have all heard these sayings, “practicing what you preach” … “walk your talk” … “show me, don’t tell me.” Your pathway to achievement is in the act of doing something every day to reinforce your intentions, not in proclaiming or blaming.
Take an MM&I Moment to reawaken your commitment to being the example in positive, empowering, actionable ways. How are you unsatisfied with your life, business, or work, and what advice would you give someone else in the same situation? What are you not doing that you advise your friends,
family, colleagues, clients, or customers to do? What is out of your control that you are giving all the power to in what is not to your liking? The one thing you always have control over are the choices you make in any given moment. There is always something you can do in any given situation. And the best place to start is by taking your own advice and allowing your actions to speak much louder than your words.
