May 27 – Are you making note or taking action? Have you had some recent insights occur that could help you realize a next level status of being? Have you experienced some setbacks that brought important learning to the table? Are you continuously noting, recording and documenting, yet not acting and adapting accordingly?

It’s one thing to recognize and be aware in the moment, and quite another to actually take action based on that newfound awareness. While contemplation is important to fully embrace insights gained or learning from what has or not happened, if no action is taken, you are merely an observer and not a doer. Action takes effort, while overthinking can create stagnation. Action ignites possibilities while overthinking reinforces complacency.
