April 15 – Feeling taxed in ways other than income? Are you feeling the pressure of obligations bearing down on you with respect to your time? Are you feeling pulled in multiple directions and having difficulty deciding how to manage everything effectively and efficiently? Have recent unexpected disruptions impacted your ability to focus on what you want and need to be focusing on? Are you overwhelmed thinking about all that you have to get done, so your progress is being further delayed?

When you begin to feel the pressure of stress mentally, emotionally and physically, it can escalate into causing you even more stress as it controls your ability to function effectively.
