January 08 – Is uncertainty hindering tangible results? Is what is unknown causing you to hesitate or not fully engage in striving toward what you ultimately want to achieve? Are you finding measuring your effectiveness in some areas elusive, and as a result your efforts feel less tangible or productive? Are there areas in which you need to gain more insight and clarity to more effectively progress forward?

There is no way to know exactly what you may encounter or is ahead of you that could impact what you are trying to accomplish. Your belief and commitment needs to be stronger than your uncertainty. Stay focused more on what you know is tangible, than being distracted by what is intangible or unknown. Focus on how you can leverage what you do know, what you have learned, and what has been effective. Then allow your curiosity to inspire you to tackle uncertainty with a growth mindset.
