What makes a goal exhilarating is in the journey and effort that is involved to reach it. If your goals are merely tasks with deadlines, then no wonder you find no passion or motivation associated with them. When you stretch yourself to set goals that go beyond the realm of your
current abilities, reality or comfort zone, you ignite within you the spark of possibilities that could be a probability. You give yourself something to look forward to, as well as something to focus upon, that moves you forward with each little and big step it may take.
