Jan 18 – Are you too busy? Do you find yourself answering “busy” when someone asks how things are going? Do you feel too busy to manage all that is on your plate? Are you too busy to respond in a timely manner? Are you too busy to take time for yourself or others? Are you too busy with that never-ending checklist? Are you too busy with too many obligations? Are you too busy to think sometimes?

There is an unintended subliminal message you are sending when you state you are busy to others or you actually feel too busy. It’s telling others you don’t have time for them, and its telling your inner spirit that you aren’t making time for what matters most. If this is not your intention, then consider reframing how you think and how you respond and are viewing all that is being demanded upon you.
