Dec 14 – Could simplification be the key? Have things gotten much more complicated, complex, or challenging than you thought they would be or should be? Do you feel like you are spinning your wheels in order to make progress on a particular initiative? Are you going through the motions in a particular endeavor, yet believe it could be more efficiently executed?

When we are impacted by more complications or complexities, we can easily get caught up in what is overwhelming or challenging about it. When progress feels impeded, it can impact our ability to make progress on a variety of fronts. Taking a step back to look at the situation in simpler terms may help you better determine your next steps so that progress can begin again.
