July 6 – Is your sharing productive? When you are sharing something with someone, what is your intent? Is it for positive gain or negative influence? Is it for empowering others or disparaging others? Are you focused on growth or wielding your power? Do you want everyone to agree with you or do you welcome opposing opinions? Are you seeking only consensus or real feedback?

Whether sharing from your intellect, heart, or a combination of the two, the most productive sharing is when you are impassioned to share knowing others can enhance what you may not have considered or you can enhance what they may not have considered. When sharing with a positive, growth mindset, you are more likely to empower ideas, solutions, and options.
